This cottage was in need of some dire repair/upgrades.  Budget $30​K -Renovations including:

1.  Drywall and electrical in sunroom, additional drywall.  2. Spray foam insulation in crawl space.  3.  Sanding the existing hardwood & stain.

4.  Complete reno of bathroom, new floor, shower tiles, vanity, faucets, and grab bars installed.  5. Paint throughout.  6.  Landscaping.​

This space was decorated using locally sourced furniture, textiles, and artwork.
