This 80's condo had a great layout but was a bit dated.  Budget $40​K - Renovations including:

1.  New flooring.  2. Removing wood burning fireplace and chimney and adding in an electric fireplace with secret storage.  3.  Opening wall in between kitchen & living room, adding permanent maple shelving and bar .  4.  Opening wall where chimney was and adding an arch, lighting, and shelving to create a small office.  5. Paint throughout.  6.  Landscaping - creating new community gardens where dumping had previously occurred.  7. Created landscaping plan with river rocks out front.​
